Ensembles from the orchestra took concerts to seven schools in the Mount Diablo Unified School District during the 2022-23 school year! A performance of the mini-opera “Briar Patch” was attended by students from 3 elementary schools (with students from two of the schools walking 1 mile to the performance!), and concerts featuring instrumental music were performed in four additional schools. We’re delighted that several schools have already scheduled performances during the 2023-24 school year!
